This is what I like the most to see on Instagram, the reason I like to follow brands on there, from the small ones with handmade products made in their garage to the big brands with physical stores and thousands of employees, it's to see the behind-the-scenes! 

And behind-the-scenes can be:

  • How they pack your order, that little handmade note they put in all the orders or a free gift or even a coupon code.

  • A preview of next products, this can be a product that is going to launch tomorrow or next month, you should share the process on your Instagram.

  • If you are a digital product seller, share the process of creating the product, from idea to launch, to your audience, this can be a daily post or a weekly post, that's up to you!

  • If you are a food Instagrammer, share the before and after of a recipe, instead of just the end result, this can be all the ingredients or the process.

A call-to-action post is when you want your audience to take action and click on the link to your bio, this may be to:

  • Get the last chance sale or the last hour of a flash sale.

The call-to-action can take a different form depending on your niche but the goal is always to make your audience click the link in your bio, remember to have a bold & simple headline to call to action.

Sharing testimonial of your customers on Instagram can take some viewers of the edge and turn them into customers, the type of testimonial depends on your brand and personality.
